What I do
- Strategic finance Financial models, FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, cash and runway planning, board and investor reporting, and fundraising support.
- Operating systems KPI architecture, OKRs, operating plans, management cadence, decision systems, and cross-functional accountability.
- Decision support Strategic and scenario planning, growth and investment decisions, organizational design, and the leadership conversations required to make hard tradeoffs and move forward.

The work I love most is stepping into a company with a lot of potential at an inflection point, when things are moving fast and growth is starting to create real complexity.
I build the financial and operating view needed to understand how the business is really performing, see what needs attention, and make better tradeoffs. Just as important, I create the conditions for leaders to surface problems, challenge assumptions, and have the honest conversations about what needs to happen next.
I bring that perspective as a former COO and 2x startup P&L owner who has led businesses, built operating models, and worked across finance and operations. Earlier in my career, I spent eight years at Synectics working with senior teams at 20+ global enterprises, developing deep experience helping strong personalities work through disagreement and ambiguity.
I do my best work with CEOs who want a real thought partner and are serious about building the company around the opportunity in front of them. I believe the strongest leadership environments combine high trust with high standards: people can say what they see, disagree openly, and hold one another accountable for commitments and results.
My focus is growth-stage technology companies, particularly AI, fintech, deep tech, and other complex businesses moving from traction to scale.
