The work I love most is stepping into a company with a lot of potential at an inflection point, when things are moving fast and growth is starting to create real complexity.
I help create the financial and operating clarity needed to understand the key drivers, see what needs attention, make better tradeoffs, and get the organization aligned around what has to happen next. I bring that perspective as a former COO and 2x startup P&L owner who has led businesses, built operating models, and worked across finance and operations.
I do my best work with CEOs who want a real thought partner and are serious about building the company around the opportunity in front of them.
I work with growth-stage technology companies in COO, CFO, strategic finance, and operating leadership capacities, including permanent, interim, and advisory roles. I’m particularly interested in complex technology businesses in the $5M–$50M revenue range.
